Professional Detailed Comparative Market Analysis complete with accurate adjustments with just a few clicks of your mouse

Built on the same fundamental principals that licensed appraisers use.

1. Enter your Clients information including subject property address

You will have the option to include the subject property from your csv file exported from MLS, or you can enter the information manually.

2. Import the comps

Find the comps you would like to use in MLS, export them to a csv file and import them directly into KeyCMA.

3. Adjust comps automatically

With just a few clicks, KeyCMA will adjust your comps automatically.

4. Print custom reports - more than just pretty pictures

KeyCMA will automatically create a professional comprehensive, substantive and accurate 21 page report complete with all of the adjustments for your client to see. The ability to customize your information, choose which pages to print or email to your client.
